Nadia Ibarrola Massage is a space in Downtown Raleigh, NC - for intuitive, therapeutic healing where people can feel safe, supported, and empowered.

Nadia Ibarrola Massage is more than just another massage practice — it’s a space for deep, intentional healing that goes beyond the surface.
Here, every session is guided by intuition, connection, and the belief that true well-being comes from aligning mind, body, and spirit.

Our approach is curated to meet your unique needs, creating a space where you can feel safe, supported, and fully present. Instead of a one-size-fits-all experience, we focus on meaningful, therapeutic touch that helps you move and feel better—inside and out.

Healing goes beyond the physical—it’s about feeling seen, heard, and cared for. At Nadia Ibarrola Massage, we create a sanctuary where clients can release stress, reconnect with themselves, and find a sense of peace that lasts beyond the session. Our goal is to support each person on their journey to moving, feeling, and living better.

By harnessing spiritual energy to guide therapeutic touch, we provide deeply personalized bodywork that restores balance, eases tension, and nurtures overall well-being.

Back in the day when I was considering my next step in life, I was doing Crossfit. I got my first muscle up right after my massage therapist friend rubbed my arm. And that moment was when I knew I could help people through therapeutic touch and confirmed my desire to join the massage therapy program.
There's the video of my first muscle up!

Born to a family of artists, it only made sense that I'd be on a similar path. I received her BFA in Photography from Ringling College of Art in 2011.
Shortly after graduating I went down the health and wellness road, venturing into yoga and CrossFit. Now I'm on a journey of creating a new lane, exploring ways of combining the woo woo & creative with the healing & science of the human body.
After college I went through trainings to become a yoga instructor and a CrossFit coach. During that time I was also managing and tending bar, but the idea of doing that ten years later wasn't fulfilling. I wanted to do more.
I've always had a desire to help people, and for a while wasn't sure what my way of doing that looked like... until I enrolled in the Massage Therapy program at Wake Tech.
At the start of the program I expected to work with athletes, given my background it made sense. But as the weeks and months went by I learned new techniques and modalities, and the variety of people and issues I could help through touch kept growing.
I've been a licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist in Raleigh, North Carolina since 2019, constantly expanding my knowledge and integrating what I learn into my practice. From Corrective Exercise to various modalities of Energy Healing, I absorb it like a sponge. I take pride in listening to what my clients need to ensure they leave feeling complete.
My goal is for people to feel safe when they come into my space, release tension in their body and mind through therapeutic touch and energy work, and leave feeling connected to their truest self so they can go out and live their best life. I hope to help people be able to let go of societal expectations and pressure so they can truly live the life thats in the highest alignment with who they are.
I'm constantly striving for a joyful life and hoping to spread that joy to others. and generally just lead by example. My wish is to help as many people as possible feel better, move better, and live their life better.. through therapeutic touch and energy work.
