Nadia Ibarrola Massage is a space for intuitive, therapeutic healing where people feel safe, supported, and empowered.
Nadia Ibarrola Massage is more than just another massage practice—it’s a space for deep, intentional healing that goes beyond the surface.
Here, every session is guided by intuition, connection, and the belief that true well-being comes from aligning mind, body, and spirit.
Our approach is curated to meet your unique needs, creating a space where you can feel safe, supported, and fully present. Instead of a one-size-fits-all experience, we focus on meaningful, therapeutic touch that helps you move and feel better—inside and out.
Healing goes beyond the physical—it’s about feeling seen, heard, and cared for. At Nadia Ibarrola Massage, we create a sanctuary where clients can release stress, reconnect with themselves, and find a sense of peace that lasts beyond the session. Our goal is to support each person on their journey to moving, feeling, and living better.
By harnessing spiritual energy to guide therapeutic touch, we provide deeply personalized bodywork that restores balance, eases tension, and nurtures overall well-being.
Born to a family of artists, Nadia originally was on a similar path. She received her BFA in Photography from Ringling College of Art in 2011. And shortly after went down the Health and Wellness road, venturing into Yoga and Crossfit. These days, she's creating a new lane, exploring ways of combining her creative side with her healing side.
After college she went through trainings to become a Yoga instructor and a Crossfit coach. During that time she also managed and tended bar, but the idea of doing that 10 years later wasn't fulfilling and she wanted to do more!
Nadia has always had a desire to help people, and for a while wasn't sure how her way to do that was... until she enrolled in the Massage Therapy program at Wake Tech.
At the start of the program she had the expectation of working with athletes - due to her background. But as the weeks and months went by she learned new techniques and modalities, and the variety of people and issues she could help through touch kept growing.
Nadia has been a licensed Massage and Bodywork therapist in North Carolina since 2019. She is constantly learning new ways to enhance her practice to be able to provide the best massage for each individual. She takes pride in listening to what her clients need to ensure they leave feeling complete. She also takes pride in her meditation practice which allows her sessions to be led by intuition as well.
While she does primarily works with athletes, she believes everyone regardless of their daily activities and lifestyle would benefit from therapeutic touch.
Her goal is for people to feel safe when they come in to her space, release tension in their body and mind through therapeutic touch and energy work, and leave feeling connected to their truest self so they can go out and live their best life.
Nadia is constantly striving for a joyful life by doing a variety of things to cultivate happiness and hopes to spread that joy to others. She incorporates Reiki (universal life force energy) into her massage sessions, her pottery, and her jewelry - or whatever else she might be doing. She believes infusing Reiki energy into the things she creates will benefit whoever ends up using/wearing the pieces.
Nadia's wish is to be able to help as many people feel better, move better, and generally live their life better through therapeutic touch and energy work!
Back in the day when I was considering my next step in life, I was doing Crossfit. I got my first muscle up right after my massage therapist friend rubbed my arm. And that moment was when I knew I could help people through therapeutic touch and confirmed my desire to join the massage therapy program.
There's the video of my first muscle up!
